Required skills:
  • The ability is very good at people;
  • Creativity in the search for non-standard and effective ways to close vacancies;
  • English is not below the level of the intermediate;
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently find information;
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to develop.
A huge plus will be:
  • Experience of closing vacancies in the IT field;
  • Basic knowledge of computer technologies (understanding what mobile applications, web sites, databases, programming languages) are.
Duties:
  • Active search and selection of specialists of various levels (IT specialists, office personnel);
  • Maintenance of a full cycle of recruiting (from receipt of the application for selection, to the release of a new employee to work);
  • Conducting the first (non-technical) stage of the interview, candidate analysis, feedback;
  • Maintaining a database of candidates, reporting and analytics;
  • Maintaining the base of potential candidates.
